Shipping Policy

Shipping Countries/Regions

LumiTool currently ships to many countries and regions. For most supported countries, we can arrange delivery through our logistics partners.

Some remote areas, islands, overseas territories, or special regions may require additional shipping fees.

If your address is located in a remote or special area, our team may contact you after your order is placed to confirm the available shipping method, additional fees, and tax requirements before shipment.

If your country or region is not clearly supported by our current logistics routes, please contact us at support@lumitoolcleaning.com before placing your order.

Countries/Regions With Duties-Paid Shipping

For the following countries/regions, LumiTool’s logistics partner currently supports duties-paid shipping channels, where shipping fees and applicable import taxes can be included in the order price:

Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Czech Republic, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia, Romania, Finland, Greece, United Kingdom, and United States.

Please note that duties-paid shipping availability may vary depending on the product, delivery address, and logistics channel. LumiTool will confirm the final shipping arrangement before dispatch when necessary.

Areas Requiring Customer-Handled Duties or Extra Shipping Fees

For countries/regions not covered by our duties-paid logistics channel, LumiTool may still be able to arrange shipment. However, the customer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and/or additional shipping fees.

For orders shipped to remote countries or regions, LumiTool may contact the customer after the order is placed to confirm whether the customer is able to handle customs clearance and pay any required duties or taxes. If the customer is unable or unwilling to handle the required customs process or related fees, the order may need to be cancelled before shipment.

Any costs caused by failed customs clearance, refusal to pay duties/taxes, incorrect delivery information, or refusal of delivery may be the customer’s responsibility.
